FC Dinamo Moskva have signed veteran winger Andrei Kanchelskis and Czech Republic forward Stanislav Vlcek.

Former Russia winger Andrei Kanchelskis has agreed a one-year contract with FC Dinamo Moskva, the Russian Premier League side have announced.

United success
Kanchelskis, who is 35 on Friday, made his name with Manchester United FC, winning two Premiership titles and an FA Cup during a four-and-a-half year spell with the English club. He has agreed an initial one-year deal with an option for a further year at Dinamo.

European tour
In a much-travelled career, Kanchelskis – who has not played since parting company with Saudi Arabian champions Al-Hilal last May – has also represented Everton FC in England - and had brief loan spells at two other English sides, Manchester City FC and Southampton FC. He also wore the colours of Scottish Premier League side Rangers FC, AC Fiorentina of Italy and FC Shakhtar Donetsk and FC Dinamo Kyiv in Ukraine, where he was born. He won 36 caps for Russia.

International class
Meanwhile, Dinamo have also signed 27-year-old Czech striker Stanislav Vlcek from SK Sigma Olomouc. Vlcek has scored 50 goals in 287 top-flight games in the Czech Republic and been capped by three times. He has agreed a one-year contract with an option for a further 12 months.
