Ankle break sidelines Schwarz

TSV 1860 München midfield player Danny Schwarz will be out for four months after breaking his left ankle.

Collision with goalkeeper
The 28-year-old sustained the injury in a collision with team-mate and goalkeeper Michael Hofmann during the 0-0 Bundesliga draw at FC Schalke 04 on Saturday.

Six weeks in plaster
He was operated on yesterday and will have to stay in hospital for a week followed by six weeks in plaster. Schwarz has made 18 appearances this season for an 1860 München side who occupy eleventh place in the Bundesliga.
