Feyenoord have confirmed the signing of Dutch Under-21 winger Romeo Castelen from ADO Den Haag.

Three-year deal
The 20-year-old, who was born in Surinam, has signed a three-year contract. Castelan played 70 league matches and scored 17 goals for Den Haag after making his debut in 2001. He was due to leave the Zuiderparkstadion in the close season as a free agent.

Third recruit
Castelan is Feyenoord's third signing for next season, when the Rotterdam club will be coached by Ruud Gullit, after NAC Breda's Hungarian goalkeeper Gábor Babos and RBC Roosendaal midfielder Edwin de Graaf.
