Eduard Eranosyan has been named Bulgaria's Coach of the Year after leading PFC Lokomotiv Plovdiv to the title.

Eranosyan award
Eranosyan was sacked at the end of the winter break at Loko Plovdiv but was reappointed weeks later and his team clinched the title on Saturday with a home win against PFC Slavia Sofia. PFC CSKA Sofia's Ferario Spasov was second and Velislav Vutzov of PFC Cherno More Varna took third place.

Kamburov honoured
Loko Plovdiv striker Martin Kamburov was named Player of the Year. He leads the Bulgarian Premier League scorers' chart with 24 goals, already the highest total for seven years with one game to go. He held off challenges from CSKA playmaker Emil Gargorov and PFC Levski Sofia goalkeeper Dimitar Ivankov, who came second and third in the poll of players and coaches.

Yankov delight
Slavia midfield player Chavdar Yankov took the Young Player prize ahead of Levski's Nigerian winger Omonigo Temile and CSKA striker Kostadin Hazurov. Meanwhile, Kamburov was joined by Ivankov, Elin Topuzakov, Iliyan Stoyanov, Rosen Kirilov, Vladimir Ivanov, Velizar Dimitrov, Gargorov, Todor Yanchev, Velimir Ivanovic and Stoyko Sakaliev in the team of the season.

Further prizes
PFC Litex Lovech captain and Bulgarian international defender Kirilov took the fair play award. Former Bulgarian international playmaker Iliyan Iliev, who last played for Cherno More earlier in the season, was honoured for his overall contribution to football.

Special tribute
Another special prize was given posthumously to Yuliyan Manzarov of second division PFC Akademik Svishtov, who died aged 18 last month when trying to save children drowning in the Serbo-Montenegrin river Lim. The tragedy occurred when a bus from Bulgaria crashed and fell into a canyon, taking the lives of eleven children as well as Manzarov. His award was accepted by his father Georgi, while CSKA captain Yanchev handed over the proceeds of a collection from players of CSKA, Levski, Slavia, Litex, Loko Plovdiv and PFC Lokomotiv Sofia.
