'Date with history'

Five go up
Cagliari overcame Salernitana Sport and Livorno saw off Piacenza FC. Two more sides will join the trio in automatic promotion, with the sixth-placed team - currently Fiorentina AC - playing off with AC Perugia for a place in the expanded 20-team Serie A.
