Dundee boomerangs back
The South African-born 31-year-old, who also had spells at Liverpool FC and VfB Stuttgart, has signed a two-year contract with the 2.Bundesliga side. He previously played for Karlsruher between 1995 and 1998 and scored 36 goals in 86 appearances.
Bazzani pledges future
Fabio Bazzani has extended his contract with UC Sampdoria until 2007. The 27-year-old striker had a successful season at the Stadio Luigi Ferraris, scoring 13 goals and making his debut for the Italian national team in their friendly against Poland. Sampdoria finished eighth in Serie A in their first season back in the Italian top flight.
OB strengthen squad
Odense BK have signed 27-year-old FC Nordsjælland utility player Ulrich Vinzents for two years. OB, who finished fourth in the Danish Superliga this season, were keen to expand their squad ahead of the introduction of the Scandinavian Royal League next season. Joint-coach Klays Rasmussen has said that aim has now been achieved.
