'My wish, my aim'
It is Grigoras's second spell at the helm of the club where he was also a player. "I am happy to be back," said the 39-year-old. "This has been my wish, my aim, for the last two years.
European aim
"There are only 19 days until the first match of the new season and maybe I was chosen as coach because I am a local guy and I know the players very well. The aim of the club is to finish in one of the first five places and qualify for one of the European club competitions. This will be very difficult, but not impossible."
Local figures
Cristian Camui, Marian Dinu and Ion Rauta will act as the coach's assistants, while Petre Comanita has been promoted from a role in the youth academy to technical director. All the new coaching team were born in Constanta.
