Schembri confirmation
Club president Edward Schembri confirmed that Deanov will be taking charge of the team’s pre-season training schedule from Monday having signed a two-year contract.
Second stint
Deanov replaces Ray 'Zazu' Farrugia, who left by mutual agreement last month. It will be Deanov's second stint in charge of the Hotspurs, having also led them from 1997 until 2000. He then took charge of Valletta FC before returning to his native Bulgaria.
