Colsa went on loan to RCD Mallorca last summer with a view to staying at the Son Moix for two seasons. However, he has returned to the capital a year ahead of schedule and his new contract was confirmed today.
Pínola stays put
Atlético, who face FC Zlín in a UEFA Intertoto Cup third round second-leg tie tomorrow, have also confirmed that Horacio Pínola will spend a second term on loan at Real Racing Club Santander. The 21-year-old defender will return to Atlético in July 2005.
