Lokomotiv have signed the player on loan from FK Vilnius until 16 December and will then decide on the merits of a permanent deal. Panka becomes the second Lithuanian at Lokomotiv, with Deividas Cesnauskis having joined from FC Dinamo Moskva at the start of the 2004 season. The 20-year-old playmaker has scored three goals in the Lithuanian First Division this term, despite his club lying seventh in the eight-team table.
