Another club with injury problems are England's Southampton FC, whose centre-forward Peter Crouch has joined fellow strikers James Beattie and Marians Pahars on the treatment table. Crouch, 23, will be absent for around six weeks after damaging his knee during last Saturday's Premiership draw with Manchester City FC.
