Earnshaw, who is preparing with the Wales squad for Saturday's FIFA World Cup qualifier against England, also collected the award for Club Player of the Year after scoring 21 league goals for Cardiff City FC last season. The 23-year-old left Cardiff for West Brom in a €4.5m deal in August.
Young player award
His former Cardiff team-mate James Collins was voted Young Player of the Year. Collins, 21, won his first international cap in the 0-0 draw with Norway in May.
