Lecce lose Brazilian Babù

US Lecce will be without Babù until the end of the season after the striker suffered a serious knee injury.

Ligament damage
The 24-year-old has undergone surgery after rupturing ligaments in his left knee in training last week. Babù, who is expected to be sidelined for about five months, has scored three goals in 15 Serie A games for Zdenek Zeman's side this season.
