'Too hasty'
Former Beşiktaş JK chief Çalımbay said: "I failed at Ankaraspor because I was too quick to accept their offer after leaving Beşiktaş. We didn't strengthen the squad properly and as a result we had problems."
Room for improvement
Bulak said he was hopeful the capital club could improve on their position of 16th in the 18-team Superleague: "I think we can overcome the difficulties we are having. If you are strong enough then luck will be on your side." Orhan Çıkırıkçı, Aykut Canik and İbrahim Örenç will be the new man's assistants.
