German international Sebastian Kehl has agreed a new contract that will keep him at BV Borussia Dortmund until June 2008.
'Important player'
The 25-year-old has been with the club since January 2002 and had no hesitation in agreeing an additional two years to his existing deal. "I want to build a long relationship with the club that means a lot to me," the midfielder said. Dortmund managing director Hans-Joachim Watzke added: "Sebastian is an important player. He leads and inspires the young players."
