Manchester United FC forward David Bellion is to spend the rest of the season on loan at OGC Nice, after making just two starts during a similar spell at West Ham United FC this term. Nice will have an option to buy the 23-year-old Frenchman in the summer.

Valencia CF have finally secured an agreement with Uruguay midfielder Gonzalo De los Santos over the termination of his contract. It is not yet known where the 29-year-old, who arrived at Valencia from Málaga CF in season 2001/02 but has subsequently played on loan at Club Atlético de Madrid and RCD Mallorca, will head next.

DSC Arminia Bielefeld defensive midfielder Michael Fink will join Bundesliga rivals Eintracht Frankfurt for next season having agreed a three-year deal. The 23-year-old joined Arminia in summer 2004 from VfB Stuttgart, and has appeared in all 17 of the club's league matches this term, scoring four goals. Eintracht, meanwhile, have allowed forward Nico Frommer to move to second division SpVgg Unterhaching. The 27-year-old was out of contract in the summer and had had limited first-team opportunities.

Also in Germany, VfL Borussia Mönchengladbach have acquired the services of Danish defender Bo Svensson. The 26-year-old FC København centre-back will ink a three-year contract with the Bundesliga outfit subject to a medical, and will change clubs at the end of the current campaign. "Bo Svensson is an experienced international and he will join us for free," said Mönchengladbach director of football Peter Pander.

French international Willy Sagnol is to stay at German champions FC Bayern München instead of moving to Italian giants Juventus as expected. "We have struck an agreement with Willy. He will definitely stay with us," said general manager Uli Hoeness from Bayern's winter training camp in Dubai. The 28-year-old right-back is expected to extend his contract next week until summer 2010.

Feyenoord have handed 19-year-old defender Gianni Zuiverloon a new two-year deal, taking him up to summer 2008. The Dutch Under-21 international is on loan at RKC Waalwijk, and has made 16 Eredivisie appearances this term.

SC Heerenveen have reacted to the loss of top scorer Klaas Jan Huntelaar to AFC Ajax by recruiting the Age Hains Boersma from amateur side VV Sneek. The 23-year-old's two-year contract will not begin until 1 July, however.

MSV Duisburg have agreed a deal to sign Cameroon striker Mohamadou Idrissou from Bundesliga rivals Hannover 96. The 25-year-old, who has made only four league appearances this term, will sign a contract expiring in summer 2008. In all, he scored 13 goals in 64 games for Hannover.

Russian international forward Ruslan Pimenov has left FC Lokomotiv Moskva for a second loan spell at French club FC Metz. The 24-year-old played three times on loan at Metz last season, and now returns to a team lying seven points from safety in Ligue 1.

SC Braga have released Argentinian striker Maximiliano 'Maxi' Bevacqua after he failed to impress during a loan spell in Portugal. The 25-year-old scored twice in 13 Liga matches.

Polish champions Wisla Kraków have signed the experienced defender Paweł Kaczorowski on an 18-month contract with an option of two further years. Capped 14 times by Poland, the 31-year-old joins as a free agent after his contract at Legia Warszawa was terminated in September by mutual consent. Staying in Poland, Groclin Grodzisk Wielkopolski have signed midfield duo of Marcel Lička – son of the club's Czech coach Werner - and Widzew Łódź's Jarosław Lato.

Former Finnish Under-21 internationals Mathias Lindström (25) and Juska Savolainen (22) have joined Tampere United. "They're both young players who are motivated to do well," said coach Ari Hjelm of the former AC Allianssi duo. Elsewhere, Veikkausliiga newcomers Vaasan Palloseura have signed forward Jukka Puurunen from first division AC Oulu.
