AC Milan have announced the signing of left-back Giuseppe Favalli on a free transfer from city rivals FC Internazionale Milano. Two-year deal The 34-year-old has agreed a contract until June 2008 with the Rossoneri, ending a two-season spell at Inter in which he played 49 Serie A games and won the Coppa Italia twice. After making his top-flight debut with US Cremonese, Favalli spent 12 years at S.S. Lazio, latterly as captain. He has also appeared eight times for Italy.
