'Bigger targets'
The 23-year-old turned professional at Ankaragücü but it took a loan spell at third division side İnegölspor to establish himself as an important player. In the last three seasons, Umut has impressed with his finishing and aerial ability, scoring 16 goals in 33 games last season as his side battled against relegation. "I have been with Ankaragücü for five years and leaving the club was not easy," said Umut as he signed his contract with his new club. "However, Trabzonspor have bigger targets and I want to be successful here. I hope we can win the title next season and that I can be a part of this."
