Palermo stint

Sicignano also counts US Città di Palermo and Parma FC among his former sides, having made 182 league appearances during ten seasons with the Sicilian team. After a brief stay at Parma, he then featured 78 times for Lecce.
Loans extended
In addition, Chievo have reached agreement with AS Roma to extend the loans of midfielder Matteo Brighi, 25, and defender Giuseppe Scurto, 22, while AC Milan midfielder Paolo Sammarco, 23, will also remain at the club for another 12 months.
