Double delight for Ronaldinho

Ronaldinho scored twice as FC Barcelona came from behind to defeat Real Zaragoza 3-1 and replace Sevilla FC, who drew 0-0, as Primera División leaders.

Two Ronaldinho goals helped FC Barcelona come from behind to defeat Real Zaragoza 3-1 and replace Sevilla FC at the top of Primera División after they drew at 0-0 Real Racing Club Santander.

Ronaldinho goals
Zaragoza took the lead in the first half at Camp Nou through defender Gabriel Milito but Ronaldinho levelled after another corner before the break. Milito and Barça defender Thiago Motta saw red in separate incidents in the second half before Ronaldinho (86) set up the victory with a fine free-kick from the edge of the area and Javier Saviola (90) confirmed it when heading in the rebound from another set-piece by the Brazilian.

Dutchman flying
Ruud van Nistelrooy scored four times, including a first-half hat-trick, as Real Madrid CF win 4-1 at CA Osasuna. The Netherlands striker's second treble of the season helped him become joint-top scorer in Spain on eight goals, with the pick of the bunch being his fourth, a sublime curling effort into the top corner. Madrid are in third place on 20 points, three behind leaders Barcelona and two adrift of second-placed Sevilla after the UEFA Cup holders were frustrated by Racing.

Prats error
Getafe CF midfielder Nacho profited from a mistake by RCD Mallorca goalkeeper Toni Prats to give Bernd Schuster's side a 1-0 home win. Capi scored a last-gasp winner for Real Betis Balompié in their 2-1 home win against Levante UD and RC Recreativo de Huelva beat RC Celta de Vigo 2-1. Bottom club Real Sociedad de Fútbol drew 1-1 with RCD Espanyol to register only their third point of the season while the team above them, CG Tarragona, ended a run of seven straight defeats as they drew 0-0 with RC Deportivo La Coruña.
