Rodolfo on board for Lokomotiv

Brazilian defender Rodolfo has left FC Dynamo Kyiv in a €3.7m switch to FC Lokomotiv Moskva before the start of the 2007 season in Russia.

The 24-year-old, who played five times in this season's UEFA Champions League group stage, has agreed a contract with his new club, although the exact length has not been disclosed. He will join his new Lokomotiv team-mates at their pre-season training camp in the Netherlands. Rodolfo spent two-and-a-half seasons in Ukraine, twice winning the domestic cup although he had to settle for two league runners-up medals behind FC Shakhtar Donetsk. Lokomotiv will compete in the 2007/08 UEFA Cup after finishing third in their 2006 domestic campaign.
