Polish Cup winners Groclin Grodzisk Wielkopolski have appointed Jacek Zieliński as their new head coach for 2007/08, as they prepare to enter the UEFA Cup.

The 46-year-old replaces Maciej Skorża, who left the club at the end of the Ekstraklasa season after finishing fifth. Zieliński arrives from KS Odra Wodzisław Śląski, where he recorded an impressive run of seven straight league wins in the latter half of the 2006/07 campaign.
