Part exchange
The 24-year-old has agreed a three-year contract with the Istanbul side, who will play in the second qualifying round of next season's UEFA Champions League after finishing as runners-up to Fenerbahçe SK in the Süper Lig. Currently on duty with the national team, Hakan played in 27 of Ankaraspor's 34 league games this season, confining Serbian international Dragoslav Jevrić and Ghanian Richard Kingson to the bench.
