Amuneke bound for CSKA Sofia

Bulgarian UEFA Cup contenders PFC CSKA Sofia have signed 20-year-old Nigerian striker Kevin Onyekachi Amuneke from Portuguese side Vitória FC.

The former SL Benfica and FC Porto trainee, who spent three seasons in Sweden with Landskrona BoIS, is the A PFG runners-up's third signing of the summer following former captain Todor Yanchev's return from Danish side Randers FC and the arrival of Brazilian midfielder Marquinhos from PFC Belasitsa Petrich. Onyekachi Amuneke is the brother of former Nigeria midfielder Emmanuel Amuneke. CSKA will enter the 2007/08 UEFA Cup in the first qualifying round.
