UEFA tribute to Dr Milan Jelić

UEFA President Michel Platini was among countless members of the European football family who attended the commemorative ceremony for Dr Milan Jelić, the president of the Football Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (NSBiH), who passed away suddenly on Sunday at the age of 51.

Mr Platini signed the book of condolences at the ceremony in Sarajevo. Members of the NSBiH executive committee joined numerous football administrators in their homage to Dr Jelić, a key figure in promoting football in Bosnia and Herzegovina and a much-respected figure in European football circles. The address remembering the life and work of Dr Jelić was given by NSBiH first vice-president Iljo Dominković.
