FC BATE Borisov secured a fourth Belarussian league title with three games to spare after drawing 0-0 away to their closest challengers, FC MTZ-RIPO Minsk.

Retained title
Although BATE failed to take all three points in Minsk – Dmitri Platonov going closest with a second-half header against the crossbar – the point was enough to ensure MTZ-RIPO can no longer catch them. Igor Kryushenko's team have 50 points from 22 matches, with MTZ-RIPO lying eleven points behind. In retaining the title, BATE have become the first side since FC Dinamo Minsk in 1994 and 1995 to win successive league crowns in Belarus.
