Igor Kryushenko has been appointed coach of FC Dinamo Minsk just three weeks after leading FC BATE Borisov to the Belarussian title. BATE have named Kryushenko's assistant Viktor Goncharenko as his successor.
Khatskevich dismissed
The 43-year-old Kryushenko guided BATE to the league and cup double in 2006 and they retained the championship crown last month by a comfortable eight-point margin from runners-up FC Shakhtyor Soligorsk. Dinamo Minsk finished ninth, prompting the dismissal of their player-coach Aleksandr Khatskevich. Goncharenko, 30, stepped in to coach BATE earlier this year when Kryushenko was unable to work because of serious illness.
