The executive committee of the FSS will meet in Belgrade on Thursday to discuss the issues raised following Terzić's resignation, with the former president saying: "Because of my specific situation I decided to hand in my resignation. Thanks to everybody from my team for their co-operation over the last three years. We have tried to reform Serbian football. I am proud of my work and I wish all the best for Serbian football in the future." Terzić was the first president of the FSS following the break up of the former Serbia and Montenegro.
