To the wire
The champagne has been on ice in Eindhoven for a couple weeks, with second-placed AFC Ajax forcing the race down to the wire after their 2-1 win in a rescheduled match at FC Groningen in midweek. A point in PSV's final game at BV Vitesse will hand them a fourth successive Dutch title, but should they lose, Ajax would take the crown on goal difference with a win against Heracles Almelo.

Wisła sizzler
The situation is a little less fraught in Poland. There are still five games to go in the Ekstraklasa, but Wisła will earn their first title in three seasons with anything other than a defeat against local rivals MKS Cracovia Kraków. They could even take the crown a day earlier on Saturday should Groclin Grodzisk Wielkopolski, in second, fail to win at third-placed Lech Poznań.

Greece demoument
The situation is tight in Greece, but Olympiacos CFP know that a fourth successive title is theirs for the taking if they can beat Iraklis FC at home in their final match of the season. Should they falter, second-placed AEK Athens FC are in a position to take a first league title since 1993/94, but they face tough opposition at home in the form of fifth-placed Asteras Tripolis FC.

Standard aloft
In Belgium, unbeaten league leaders R. Standard de Liège can put their rivals out of their misery as they host second-placed RSC Anderlecht. With four games to go, they are seven points clear of the Brussels side, and a further one ahead of third-placed Club Brugge KV. A Standard win and a Brugge draw or defeat at KAA Gent, who reached the Belgian Cup final in midweek, would end the race.

Linfield waiting
In Northern Ireland, Linfield will be champions before their game at Glenavon FC on Saturday if Belfast rivals Glentoran FC fail to win at home against Cliftonville FC on Friday night, while Andorran league leaders FC Santa Coloma are four points clear at the top of their championship group with two games to go. Victory against FC Ranger's on Sunday will give them a UEFA Champions League first qualifying round berth.
