Maza makes dream PSV move

The 26-year-old, whose nickname derives both from his hometown Mazatlan and the Spanish word for sledgehammer, joins from CD Guadalajara Chivas on a contract until summer 2011 and links up with compatriot Carlos Salcido. "This is a big club and I am happy to be here," he said. "Football is at a very high level here. I have to get used to that, but that is a huge challenge. It's a dream come true to play in the Champions League next season." He follows one other fellow PSV summer signing so far, playmaker Arne Nilis.
