Fulham snap up Stockdale

Fulham FC have signed their second goalkeeper since the end of the league season by capturing David Stockdale from fourth-tier Darlington FC. The 22-year-old inked a two-year deal after the clubs agreed an undisclosed fee. "I'm delighted as it has always been a dream of mine to play in the Premier League," said Stockdale. The London club have already brought in Middlesbrough FC custodian Mark Schwarzer since ensuring their top-flight survival.
