Revolving door
The most popular side in Montenegro have long had a tendency for coaching instability, with five changes in the first two seasons since independence. Following the departure of Branko Babić, 49-year-old Ješić has become the latest heir to this hottest of hot seats, but given that it is the 17th appointment of his 16-year career, some might not anticipate a long stay.
'What Budućnost want'
Former FK Partizan star Ješić, however, is eager to lay down roots. "I know about this tradition, but every tradition exists to be broken," said Ješić, who won the 2004/05 Bulgarian title with PFC CSKA Sofia and most recently was in charge of their A PFG rivals PFC Litex Lovech. "I know what Budućnost want and I wouldn't have come if I didn't believe I could help this club win trophies."
Style paramount
Ješić is by some distance the most prestigious appointment at Budućnost to date, and he has clear ideas of the way he wants his new charges to play. "Trophies are important but I want to win with style, with attacking football," he said."This is my footballing philosophy and I will try to teach my players to score more goals than their opponents, not to concede one fewer."

Ješić will take charge of his new club for the first time against FK Petrovac on Sunday. "I respect every opponent, but the results depend just on us, so let's play good, attacking football, and I will be satisfied," he said. "I also hope that the fans will be happy to see a team who wants to win every game and to score more goals, because you play for the fans, not just for trophies."
