'Really grateful'
A cagey fixture was decided when Khmaladze finished from David Digmelashvili's free-kick in the last minute of the match to the delight of Dinamo's new German coach Rainer Zobel. "This is my first title with Dinamo, so I'm really happy," he said. "We played against one of the best teams in the country and I'm really grateful to the guys who gave everything for the win." Zestaponi coach Gia Geguchadze added: "I'm very disappointed that we conceded a goal in the last minute, but I promise our fans that big wins will come in the future."
