Serie A strugglers Torino FC have changed their head coach for the second time this season with Giancarlo Camolese replacing the out-going Walter Novellino.

Second stints
The 55-year-old Novellino, who was dismissed from his first stint in the role in April 2008, returned as coach after Gianni De Biasi's sacking in December. However, with the Granata third from bottom in the Italian top flight and two points from safety following Sunday's 3-1 home defeat by UC Sampdoria, the Turin club decided to recall another former coach in Camolese.

Camolese return
Camolese, 47, played for Torino in the 1970s and was first appointed as coach in 2000 taking the side to promotion from Serie B during his debut season in charge. In Serie A, he led the Granata to the UEFA Intertoto Cup before the club dispensed with his services in October 2002. He has since been at the helm of Reggina Calcio, Vicenza Calcio and AS Livorno Calcio.
