Štajner spot-kick
Leverkusen laid down a marker with a 4-0 victory over Eintracht Frankfurt on Friday and subsequently watched on as FC Bayern München and FC Schalke 04 shared a 1-1 draw on Saturday before Werder and Hamburg were held themselves on Sunday. Bruno Labbadia's side came closest to picking up a win, Marcell Jansen (15) and Eljero Elia (44) scoring either side of Didier Ya Konan's 26th-minute strike to give the visitors what looked to be a decisive lead. Jiří Štajner converted from the penalty spot two minutes from time, however, to earn Hannover a share of the spoils.
