Rubin sign Nasimov

FC Rubin Kazan have strengthened their squad for their bid for a third straight Russian title with the signing of Uzbekistan striker Bakhodir Nasimov. The 22-year-old, who has agreed a three-season deal, arrives from FC Dinamo Samarkand but caught the eye in his recent loan spell with FC Bunyodkor, scoring five goals in the recent Commonwealth Cup in Moscow. While Nasimov prepares for the Russian season, Rubin visit Hapoel Tel-Aviv FC on Thursday leading their UEFA Europa League round of 32 tie 3-0.
