Braga keep Benfica on their toes

Second-placed SC Braga reduced SL Benfica's advantage at the top of the Portuguese Liga to three points after coming from behind to win 2-1 at sixth-placed UD Leiria. Cássio had put Leiria in front (11) but Braga struck back in a three-minute surge thanks to goals from Albert Meoyng (31) and Wason Renteria (34). FC Porto are third, five points behind Braga, having won 1-0 at Rio Ave FC courtesy of Ernesto Farías's 66th-minute header. Benfica Play Lisbon rivals Sporting Clube de Portugal on Tuesday.
