The Grassroots Conference in Warsaw, hosted by the Polish Football Association (PZPN), is the latest event to have witnessed first hand the benefits of TactX, the revolutionary coaching software from the UEFA Training Ground.

The conference, led by the PZPN's Tomasz Zabielski, was attended by more than 1,000 grassroots football coaches from all over the world. The presence of TactX at the event came about via an invite from the PZPN after they were impressed having first seen the coaching tool at Grassroots Football LIVE in Birmingham in June.

"I think TactX is the future of coaching techniques and believe it would be a great asset to any club," said Mickael Bunel, youth coach at Le Havre AC. "One of the best aspects of TactX is its ease of use and speed at which you can create drills. It will save coaches time and effort when explaining drills to players, allowing for much more productive training sessions".

Another convert to the UEFA Training Ground's revolutionary football animation software is Jan Pruijn, head of technical affairs at South African club Ajax Cape Town. Pruijn was one of those to profit first hand from one of the many TactX demonstrations given during the conference. Highlighting how the tool can help communication between different nationalities, having encountered difficulties during a presentation to a group of Polish journalists, Pruijn received the assistance of a series of TactX animations for a tutorial to Polish schoolchildren the following day.

"TactX is a great tool for coaches of all levels," he said. "I can really see the benefits of this tool, from helping children to understand drills to overcoming language barriers between players and coaches. The 3D element is perfect for demonstrating drills to players and really brings the drill to life."
