Croatia defender Vedran Ćorluka will be reunited with Slaven Bilić after joining FC Lokomotiv Moskva from Tottenham Hotspur FC for a fee believed to be in the region of €7m.

The full-back has signed a three-year contract with the Railwaymen and will renew his relationship with his former national team coach, who announced before UEFA EURO 2012 that he had accepted an offer to take over at the Russian club. Ćorluka, 26, played every minutes of Croatia's campaign in Poland and Ukraine as Kockasti finished third in Group C.

Ćorluka, formerly of NK Inter Zaprešic and Manchester City FC, spent the second half of last season on loan at Bayer 04 Leverkusen. His new employers will not be involved in European competition this term after their seventh-place finish in the transitional 2011/12 Premier-Liga.
