Paris Saint-Germain FC edged past AS Nancy-Lorraine 1-0 as Carlo Ancelotti's charges secured their sixth win in seven Ligue 1 matches.
PSG were made to work for the points at Stade Marcel Picot. The hosts afforded the leaders precious few opportunities before Zlatan Ibrahimović scored his tenth league goal of the campaign with 16 minutes remaining, bamboozling his markers and curling into the bottom-right corner from the edge of the penalty area.
Toulouse FC are three points behind the capital club after a 3-1 victory over Stade Brestois 29, courtesy of goals from Wissam Ben Yedder, Étienne Capoue and substitute Adrien Regattin. Alain Casanova's team have now taken ten points from the last 12.
LOSC Lille and Montpellier Hérault SC each recorded their third wins of the campaign, against Valenciennes FC (2-1) and OGC Nice (3-1) respectively.
