US Città di Palermo have made their third coaching change in a month, with Gian Piero Gasperini dismissed for the second time and Giuseppe Sannino back six months after being sacked.

Barely two weeks after his reappointment, Gian Piero Gasperini has been dismissed as US Città di Palermo coach for the second time this season.

Giuseppe Sannino, formerly at the AC Siena helm and himself in charge of the Rosanero for the first three games of the 2012/13 campaign, has been named as Gasperini's replacement. The roles were reversed in September, when Gasperini filled the void left by Sannino's departure.

Gasperini was sacked for the first time in February, though he was back in the Stadio Renzo Barbera dugout later last month as his replacement Alberto Malesani lasted only three matches. Sannino, 55, takes over with Palermo bottom in Serie A and five points from safety with ten fixtures remaining.
