Juventus moved a step nearer to winning their third successive Scudetto thanks to a 2-0 victory at Udinese Calcio.

With five Serie A games remaining, the UEFA Europa League semi-finalists are once again eight points clear of second-placed AS Roma after a match settled by first-half goals from Sebastian Giovinco and strike partner Fernando Llorente.

Giovinco's 16th-minute opener, just his second goal in the Italian top flight this term, was delightful, the little forward taking receipt of a Paul Pogba pass to the right of the penalty area before turning inside and curling a left-footed shot beyond Simone Scuffet.

Llorente doubled the visitors' lead with his third goal in a week. On target twice in last Monday's 2-0 triumph over AS Livorno Calcio, the Spanish international prodded in his 14th of the season from close range after Andrea Pirlo's corner to the edge of the box had been touched on by Claudio Marchisio.
