012 - Tickets for the UEFA Women’s Champions League final are available as of 14 March

As of 14 March tickets are on sale for the UEFA Women's Champions League final, which will be played on 14 May at 18.00CET at the Friedrich-Ludwig-Jahn-Sportpark in Berlin.

 

For the annual showcase, an affordable ticket price structure ensures all football fans, including families, will be able to attend. Tickets cost just €10 for adults and €6 at a reduced rate (students, seniors, etc.). Family (minimum three persons) or group tickets (minimum 11 persons) can be also acquired for €6 per ticket. Disabled supporters can buy tickets at €6, with an accompanying adult admitted free. Tickets will be allocated on a first come, first served basis and will give free access to public transport to and from the venue.

 

The stadium’s capacity for the final will be 17,000. Tickets can be bought as of Saturday 14 March from Hertha BSC Berlin’s official website at www.herthabsc.de/uwclf2015. Group ticket requests should be sent by email to the Berlin Football Association at uwclf@berlinerfv.de.

 

Karen Espelund, UEFA Executive Committee member and UEFA Women's Football Committee chairwoman, said: "The UEFA Women's Champions League final is the pinnacle of European women's club football and the final match is the culmination of the women's club football season. The final will take place on a public holiday with an early kick-off time of 18.00CET, as we hope that families with children will attend the game."

 

The 2015 UEFA Women's Champions League final ambassador, Steffi Jones, said: "It's great to welcome the UEFA Women's Champions League final back to Germany after a fantastic final in Munich in 2012. It will surely help to further promote women's and girl's football and to encourage girls to play everywhere."
