Ukraine round-up: Dynamo lead the way

Champions FC Dynamo Kyiv remain top of the Ukrainian Premier League following a 2-0 victory at FC Karpaty Lviv today.

Lucky Idahor was the hero for Dynamo - winners of the last nine titles - with goals after 38 and 52 minutes. Dynamo are ahead of FC Shakhtar Donetsk on goal difference with both sides having identical unbeaten records - of won 13 and drawn four.

Shakhtar victorious
Shakhtar won 1-0 against third-placed FC Metalurh Donetsk, who are 15 points further back. Olexiy Byelik hit the winner in the 70th minute.

Arsenal beaten
In tonight's remaining game, FC Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk beat FC Arsenal Kyiv 1-0 with the only goal of the game coming 13 minutes from time from Hennadiy Moroz.
