One-year contract
Dinu, 54, had been working as general manager but takes charge of team affairs for the second time this year. He is to sign a one-year contract after Dinamo decided against pursuing their interest in Spanish trainer Alberto Pazos of Alicante CF.
Title triumph
Former Dinamo player Dinu led the club to the title after stepping in alongside coach Ion Marin during the run-in last May. He then assumed sole control until the defeat by Club Brugge KV in the UEFA Champions League qualifiers in August. Dinamo lie eighth in the Romanian first division with two wins from seven games.
