Ivory Coast international Emmanuel Eboué has signed a new long-term contract at Arsenal FC after establishing himself as first-choice right-back at the club.
Initial terms
The 23-year-old defender, who had inked a five-year deal when he arrived from KSK Beveren in January 2005, has now made 43 Premier League appearances for the north London side and started against FC Barcelona in the 2005/06 UEFA Champions League final defeat. His only silverware to date came with Arsenal's victory over Manchester United FC in the 2004/05 FA Cup final.
