The Football Supporters Europe (FSE) Fan Guide 2012 to Poland and Ukraine is up and running ahead of the final tournament, giving fans invaluable information about the host cities.

The Football Supporters Europe (FSE) Fan Guide 2012 to Poland and Ukraine has been launched – and is the best place for supporters from all nations to find the key information they need about the host cities for UEFA EURO 2012.

The Fan Guide is part of UEFA's Respect Fan Culture project, and includes vital knowledge on travel and accommodation arrangements, tips and recommendations on where to eat and drink, and details of local legislation and matchday information.

Research for the guide was led by local fans, which means they provides a real insight into the host countries and cities. The Fan Guide is available in all the languages of the participating national teams.

The Respect Fan Culture project will ensure that visitors are given information when they are in the cities, through the respective Fans' Embassies. Eight stationary Fans' Embassies will be located in the host cities – Gdansk, Poznan, Warsaw, Wroclaw (Poland), Donetsk, Kharkiv, Kyiv and Lviv (Ukraine).

Fans' Embassies in every host city will be providing independent and reliable information. There will be 24-hour helplines and emergency assistance, as well as opportunities for local and visiting supporters to interact. Smaller mobile embassies staffed by professional fan advisers or social workers, will provide outreach work in the cities and camp sites.
