Rudolf Řepka is a senior leader in sports with 20+ years of international and local experience in highest levels of the sports industry and business.

He studied sport management at Charles University in Prague and finished a postgraduate in sports law, becoming a member of the UEFA Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body in 2011.

Rudolf worked as general secretary of the Football Association of the Czech Republic from 2007 to 2018 and is now an executive committee member with the same body (elected in 2021 on a four-year mandate).

He served as member of the UEFA Media Committee between 2007 and 2011, while also acting as UEFA Match Delegate since 2008. Further, Rudolf has wide experience with leading professional football clubs (between 1998 and 2007 and from 2021 until today).

In his free time, he holds voluntarily the positions at the Czech Olympic Committee (member of the foreign relations committee since 2016), chairs the board of the endowment fund of the Ústí nad Labem region's football academy since 2017 and was elected Teplice District Football Association (Czechia) president in 2021 on a four-year term.
