Levent Bıçakcı

Levent Bıçakcı conducted doctoral research at the University of Cologne and holds a doctorate in law from the Istanbul University. He is a member of the Istanbul Bar Association. He is also the founder and managing partner of Dr. Levent Bıçakcı Law Office.

He served on the Turkish Football Federation's (TFF) legal board from 1989 to 2004 and was the body's president between 2004 and 2006. He is still a member of the TFF general assembly.

He has been a member of the UEFA Appeals Body since 1990, where he served as vice-president until 2023. He is the director of the UEFA Football Law Programme Istanbul session and a member of the scientific committee on the same programme.
