Postponed
The game was due to be played on Saturday, but had to be postponed due to a frozen Helsinki pitch. The Football Association of Finland decided to switch the final to Tampere, but nevertheless Atlantis went on to defeat the champions as Adriano netted the game's only goal in the 62nd minute.
‘Enjoy the moment’
Atlantis coach Ari Tiittanen was thrilled to have ended the season on a high. "Now we can all go into the sauna and really enjoy the win," he beamed. "We still have to hope that our financial future will be secured, but right now we're just going enjoy the moment."
